<p>Looking for some Facebook Assisted Living Marketing Ideas?  Facebook is a great place to reach people who are interested and qualified for Senior Care or assisted living. They also are a good way to collect relevant information about interested parties if your landing pages are set up correctly but recognize that Facebook ads are not particularly good at getting people to make phone calls. However, if you are willing to call back interested parties you can expect to generate leads at a more cost-effective rate than through google ads or other forms of marketing. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="0-idea-1-promotions-">Idea #1 Promotions </h2>



<p>Effective Facebook ads work most effectively with a good promotional offer. Think of it as a well craft fly when fly-fishing. It’s got to be something that catches their attention so they will grab on to it. If it is not an attractive offer you will just be throwing your money away and nobody will bite. So, take some time and brainstorm something attractive with your team. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="1-idea-2-visuals">Idea #2 Visuals</h2>



<p>Once you get a good promotion consider what pictures and videos you will you with your ad. Since these ads appear in the streaming feed on Facebook or Instagram the visuals are really valuable in causing a person to pause and examine your offer. Consider running 3-10 different pictures or videos for each ad you come up with and then after a week or two you will have enough data to pause your most expensive pictures and videos. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="2-idea-3-facebook-lead-ads">Idea #3 Facebook Lead Ads</h2>



<p>Here&#8217;s our next tip on our list of Facebook Assisted Living Marketing Ideas.  Never run Facebook ads without tracking Cost Per Lead.  We recommend using Facebook Lead Ads, as it is the simplest and easiest way to track Cost Per Lead, and it requires no more than a push of a button for people to fill out their information.  With Facebook Lead Ads, a person’s First Name, Last Name, Email, and Phone # can all be pre-filled with what Facebook has on file, eliminating the need for customers to type anything at all.</p>

<p>As leads come in consider using a service such as Google Sheets as a repository for your leads. This will help your staff keep track of all of the leads in one place and help more of these leads turn into paying customers. As you carefully track leads create a follow-up plan. This will ensure that those who were interested turn into clients with no one falling through the cracks. </p>

<p>Hello and welcome to Lee PPC in this video we are going to talk about Facebook assisted living marketing ideas. It&#8217;s pretty straightforward, pretty basic, but sometimes the fundamentals are really what matters when it comes to marketing lead generation and even with sales ID number one is promotions, especially when it comes to Facebook. You have to change up your offerings pretty often because it is display advertising with search advertising like with Google, it&#8217;s very easy to leave your ads on for a long period of time. You could even make a really good campaign to leave it up for a year and have it work out just fine for you, but with Facebook you really have to change up those offerings much more often. Usually it&#8217;s gonna be more like every 6 weeks to 3 months, um, and sometimes it&#8217;s even much faster than that. But with a category such as assisted living you should be good to have some type of a promotion that should be able to last like 2-3 months. Idea number 2 is visuals.</p>
<p>Make sure that you have good images, good videos and things like that you&#8217;ll notice. Even right now you&#8217;re watching a video because videos can speak in ways that you can&#8217;t always get across via text, and also that can increase your click through raids down and decrease your cost per lead. And things like that Facebook lead ads is one to consider. It kind of depends if your. Targeting is really good. Facebook lead ads can work great, but the one problem with Facebook lead ads is that a lot of times people have old phone numbers and old email addresses that are on file and they just like click to submit it right away. It does have a low cost for lead, and if you&#8217;re new to advertising, it can be an okay way to go for ourselves. We really don&#8217;t use much Facebook lead ads.</p>
<p>We used landing pages, but when you&#8217;re trying to get everything just tested in if you&#8217;re kind of a beginner, then basically that&#8217;s gonna be an ok way to go you will get people who are like I don&#8217;t remember submitting the form, which is why landing pages in general are a little more helpful, but it&#8217;s an idea if you haven&#8217;t ever played around with that before. Tracking is very important, especially when it comes to your cost per sale. So as these Facebook leads come through or even with your Google leads make sure to send across things like what campaign which add which add group the lead came from so you can track which demographics working best for you on Facebook, which add copies working best for you, and if you&#8217;re using Google and what? <p>Hi there! And welcome to our website leadppc.com. PPC stands for pay per click so this is all about senior care paper click, which is really important because more and more if you do have some type of assisted living senior care facility making sure that you are doing at least some advertising in that space can be really important. One of the really important things to remember about senior care because you have places like you know, things like a place for mom. Those types of services that exist where you&#8217;re, you know, hiring people to bring in a certain amount of new patients or people are gonna stay in those facilities. It&#8217;s important to know kind of what that baseline cost is for you. Is it like $3,000, $5,000, $8,000 like what are you paying to generate that? And that&#8217;s kind of the benchmark that&#8217; you want to beat with with paper click and you want to make sure that you have your own pipeline that drives these things regardless of whatever happens with your other lead sources.</p>
<p>Anytime you have multiple kind of like sticks in the fire, then that is an advantage with any business. I mean for ourselves. 80 percent of our customers comfort referrals, but those initial 20 percent that drove them almost all come from Google, so people are on Google ads and their type. Again you know variety of different types of things are related to pay per click, but when those. People come in. They generate about 5 times more revenue from other you know referral types of situations and that&#8217;s similar to senior care. Assisted living is that don&#8217;t negate the fact that you need that initial fire fire starter in order to get the word out to more people. A couple of just tips here one is find an agency the focuses on cost per lead and I would also say you know cost per sale leads are great and you definitely need to know what your cost per lead is for paper click, but you also need to know what your conversion rate is into a sale and I know that can be a bit of a process through.</p>
<p>People come again and you do showings and all that type of stuff, but the better you can get attracting over time. With that the more successful that you&#8217;ll be a lot of times. You don&#8217;t need to be spending like a crazy amount of money, but you need to have enough budget in there that you can kind of make sure that you know kind of what&#8217;s what how everything is performing using agency that focuses on quality leads. Having junk leads is just going to frustrate everybody. Another space. We do a lot of work and is the franchising space of selling franchises and similar to places like A Place for Mom. There&#8217;s this called Franchise Broker Networks and it cost about $25,000 to get a sale.</p>
<p>Through there, whereas ours is like between 5 to $12,000 cost per sale. So but if you&#8217;re not driving the right types of leads, then you&#8217;ll never get a good cost for sale that can compare against the other stuff to to be able to scale online. So um the quality over quantity every time, but it is parts of it are always a number game numbers game but those bookings are key with the system living um higher firm that makes your own landing pages. You need to make sure that you have a firm that can go in and make edits and split test and try to revamp and move things around with web forms and and be able to work on those things. And if you control everything in house, then that can be hard to get those teams talking. Whereas most paper click agencies that do a lot of lead generation like we do with lead PPC, we take complete ownership of that whole process from the landing pages to the CRM integrations to the tracking to you know everything from the ads to we really want to know all the way to sale what is kind of occurring there.</p>

<p>Whenever my kids want to know something, they do not ask me first, they go straight to Siri and say, “Siri, where do aardvarks live?” My kids are not the only ones, the proliferation of virtual assistants from Amazon’s Alexa to Microsoft’s Cortana and the aforementioned Siri more and more people are making searches with voice commands. As you well know these assistants are not perfect, but they are rapidly improving and provide an immediacy, intimacy, and convenience that text searches can’t provide. Its sci-fi come to life in some ways. Therefore, it is vital that your advertising is optimized for voice searches. </p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading" id="0-how-to-optimize-your-ppc-to-take-advantage-of-voice-search">How to optimize your PPC to take advantage of Voice Search</h2>



<p>First, recognize that voice searches are longer and use more natural language than text searches. A text search is usually 1-3 words while a voice search is usually around 5-8 words. They also are more conversational in nature. Where a text search may be “Best Senior Care near me” a voice search will look more like “Where can I find the best senior care for my mom near me?”</p>

<p>When it comes to lead generation, every industry is different.  For this reason, it is typically a best practice to work with lead providers that have a lot of experience in your space.</p>
<p>With Assisted Living leads, it is no different.</p>
<p>The biggest player in the Assisted Living space is A Place For Mom.  Love them, or hate them, A Place For Mom drives more online leads than just about anybody.  But, the price you pay for a placement can be extremely high.</p>
<p>One of the reasons why A Place For Mom is so successful is because they rank high on Google for many of the most important search terms.  But, did you know that you can drive leads yourself via Google, Facebook, and other online networks, without having to pay steep commission prices for a placement.</p>
<p>The easiest and fastest way to do this is with Google Ads.  One of the fantastic features of Google Ads is that you can spend as little or as much as you want.  So, if you only wanted to test with like $400 / mo., you could.  Also, you can set your geographic radius to target people who live within a few miles of your facility, greatly enhancing the likelihood of booking a walk-through appointment.</p>
<p>If you do decide to setup a Google Ads account, make sure you are very careful with your keyword syntax.  For instance, if you want to target the term &#8220;Assisted Living Near Me&#8221;, you would want to input it is as one of the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>+assisted +living +near +me</li>
<li>[assisted living near me]</li>
<li>&#8220;assisted living near me&#8221;</li>
</ul>
<p>Otherwise, if you just enter the terms assisted living near me, it is considered a broad match, and Google can replace each word with anything that they feel is relevant.  Most often, these terms are not targeted.  For example, this same broad match term might show up for the search query: looking for an assisted wheelchair company near Orlando.  And you could literally be in San Francisco.  So, be super careful with match types.</p>
<p>Another thing to be weary of is your location targeting.  Always set your locations to target people search &#8220;in&#8221; your area, not &#8220;in our about&#8221; your area.  If you fail to do this, you will literally target people all across the world.  I&#8217;m not sure why Google does this by default, but it seems like an extra way to make them cash.</p>
