<p>Hello and welcome to LeadPPC.com my name is Grant James and I&#8217;m the owner of the company, and in this article I&#8217;m going to be talking about chiropractic advertising agency. So if you are in the market for a chiropractic advertising agency one that works specifically with chiropractors, we would definitely love to have a conversation with you. Um, we have been working with chiropractor since 2016, and in this article I basically walk through and I don&#8217;t even know how you exactly spelled don&#8217;ts, but what the dos and don&#8217;ts of chiropractic advertising are high level. The most important thing is that you keep track of the keywords and the audiences on meta Facebook, Instagram that are actually converting into patients for you a lot of times with chiropractors, things are going to be driven through phone calls, so maybe you&#8217;re using call tracking metrics or call rail or something like that, and in those systems you can easily easily just put like the amount of revenue that was generated, ballpark from a new customer and Mark whether they were a sale or not, and that way you can come back and say hey, this person came from this keyword, this campaign ad group keyword search quarry and they became a client or they did become a client they brought this amount of revenue.</p>
<p>They can do a quick report and say, okay, I spent $1,000 this month and I brought in $3,000 worth of revenue. And remember also there&#8217;s something to be said about referrals like even for ourselves. I mean, I can tell you my cost per per opportunity is about like a hundred and $35. My we close 15% of those so it&#8217;s a little over $1,000 per sale, um, and then beyond that then I know um, you know exactly like what keyword those people came from, and also I get a certain amount of referrals from those people. So about 80% of our business comes from referrals, but the initial customers that drove those referrals came from primarily Google ads or organically off of our website through articles and things like that.</p>
<p>So those types of things are important to remember, so you want to make sure that you do have a good positive return on investment from your initial ads, but also keep in mind that that initial catalyst also sparks additional customers that can come in that would have never come had you not done that original advertisement. So it&#8217;s important to do SEO to do paper click to do social media. For us we only do the paper click side of things so you would need to have someone who can help you at least get a website up, but for us we make all the landing pages and all that type of stuff, so regardless of whether you have a upset or you don&#8217;t, we can still help you, we just don&#8217;t manage like content and.</p>
<p>Stuff for clients. We do it for ourselves enough for clients as far as don&#8217;t don&#8217;t ignore reviews and testimonials. If you have negative reviews that can really hurt you try not to get like too much into medical jargon unless you&#8217;re trying to rank specifically for those trims. Just make sure that it&#8217;s easy to understand and don&#8217;t neglect traditional advertising. That&#8217;s something that&#8217; you know, especially the referral side of things you want to make sure that you lean into that anyway. Make sure that you are going after the right type of marketing agency, so if you need help with search engine optimization, make sure you&#8217;re typing in like SEO you need help with like Google, local business type of things, map advertising types of things and that&#8217;s a different type of beast as well. Or if you need, somebody can help you with Google ads versus Facebook ads.</p>
<p>So mainly segmenting SEO versus paper click is probably the biggest one. If I be a little more specific, or if you look for looking for prints or door to door advertising, or what have you just kind of be specific of what type of a marketing company you&#8217;re searching for that can be helpful. I have on here some information around how to know if you&#8217;re working with the best chiropractic marketing company. The biggest thing with trying to find the best chiropractic marketing company is just making sure that you&#8217;re working with someone who actually works in that space. So if it&#8217;s the first time that you have that VAG group has ever done anything with chiropractic marketing. It&#8217;s probably not going to be the best fit we&#8217;ve been doing stuff I think since 2016 in the space right now it&#8217;s 2023 and so just making sure that people have a lot of experience with that type of advertising because it is different.</p>
<p>Anyone can drive clicks, anyone can spend and add budget. Anyone can maybe drive some leads, but to get the right type of leads actually turn into patients, there&#8217;s a lot of details that go into that a lot of it is really understanding, taking a look at all of search terms that are coming through, knowing which ones of those terms into phone calls, marking in those phone call logs on call rail, or call striking metrics whether they turn into a patient the amount of that patient, and at least for a while for the first you know, year or 2. Getting an understanding of this is the amount that I&#8217;m spending versus this is the amount of revenue that we brought in. If that becomes a cumbersome process down the road and things that kind of stable stabilize out, you may not have to be that detailed in the future, but at least for the first year or so that can be something that&#8217;s really important. <p>The Best Chiropractic Ads are those that generate new patients consistently.  On the Google Ads side of things, you&#8217;re looking for specific keywords that convert into phone calls and new patients consistently.  Many times, it&#8217;s exactly the types of phrases that you would type in if you were searching for a chiropractor in a new area, such as:</p>

<li>best chiropractor</li>
<li>chiropractor city name</li>
</ul>
<p>Sometimes people will also type in the type of insurance that they have or the type of ailment / injury that they have along with the word chiropractor or chiropractic.  With Google Ads, you have to be especially careful to use negative keywords for the names of your competitors, since typically those phone calls are the existing customers of your competitors who are just trying to schedule another visit or call about a customer service issue.  So, converting those types of phone calls can be incredibly hard.</p>
<p>On the Meta Ads side of things, oftentimes you have to switch up your ad copy about every 2-3 months or the offer gets stale.  So, you can run offers about a free consultation or a free back adjustment but if you keep running the same ads to the same 6-10 mile radius for too long, then the audience gets bugged by them and they become less productive for you.  So, make sure to switch up your ad copy occasionally so that your average ad frequency rate doesn&#8217;t get too high (usually above 3 is high).</p>

<p>It&#8217;s about Chiropractors can go a little bit further. I&#8217;m thinking of one of the chiropractors we work with here in Utah where they&#8217;ll go. They&#8217;re kind of like in the salt Lake area, but they will sometimes come a little bit further down so it&#8217;s you can see stuff work as far as maybe 25 miles 20 miles maybe if it were me I probably would. If my budget is limited, I would probably keep up under about 15 miles for a chiropractor, but you can go in a decent radius as far as like the types of keywords that actually conferred into paying clients a lot of times. It&#8217;s pretty straightforward things like chiropractor near. Me best chiropractor, chiropractor plus city name and I know there&#8217;s a lot of cities that you may be touching that can work for you, but that&#8217;s the kind of stuff that&#8217; people are usually coming from. One thing that has kind of changed over the last I would say 2 years-ish is that Google local service ads are becoming a bigger deal.</p>
<p>Google my business, those types of things so it used to always be that Google search ads came up first above everything else. Organic map packs all that type of stuff now more and more industries are being added for Google Local Services and those ads you have to go through an entire like more difficult verification process, but those can actually show up above other types of Google ads. So it&#8217;s not always a bad idea to get some stuff running with Google local service ads, GLA or some working with Google ads as well. I know for my own business here at Lead PPC I mean we probably drive about 300 opportunities a year in the bulk of those are Google people just typing things into Google looking for some type of franchise agency or some of the paper click agency or chiropractor PPC agency or things like that and most businesses these days.</p>
<p>Google&#8217;s kind of the main driver. Yes, you can get Facebook meta Instagram as working for you in a good way, but that consistency really comes from Google, so really dominating in being consistent on your growth with organic versus Google ads, and then I would throw maybe Google local service ads in the mix, but keeping track of how many leads you have coming from these different sources is important even if it&#8217;s just in a Google sheet. For myself. I use Sales Force and that&#8217;s pretty helpful. Other people use like Zoho or different types of industry CRMs, but that stuff can be really important as far as like the actual ads go themselves these days. Google likes to create everything on the fly so they basically want you to give them like 09:55 headlines, a bunch of different descriptions, maybe some images and you know serve up in and tell them. You tell them what your landing pages are, what have you, but they want to kind of mix them, match the ads versus it used to be.</p>
<p>You make lots of different advertisements and they choose among the advertisements. Now they seem to be doing a lot better when you just give them that elements and that kind of converse from there. One thing that to keep in mind with this stuff for sure is that with chiropractic ads you definitely want to make sure that you uh, you use some type of a call tracking system, call rail call tracking metrics. Anything like that where you get a receipt of everything that comes through. You can send an email to your receptionists as well. In case there&#8217;s like a miss call where they can call her back, and also those types of systems are nice because you can actually put in how much money you&#8217;ve generated from each of those sales, which ones turn into sales. High quality lead, how many stars they give that type of stuff can be really helpful to go through um on a periodic basis with your account manager who&#8217;s managing the ads to say hey, these came from these you know these phrases, these search terms right here.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s try to get more of these types of terms unless of these types of terms, but I will say if you don&#8217;t have Google ads working for you it&#8217;s definitely something you want to get done. Even if it&#8217;s just you yourself taking a budget of a couple hundred dollars a month like 04:57 hundred dollars and trying to figure it out. We&#8217;re working with an agency like ourselves. You&#8217;re probably gonna be, I mean all in, you&#8217;re probably more like 1500 dollars a month or something like that to make it work.</p>
<p>If you have an agency just because they&#8217;re with low ad spend that you have to pay an agency something so they can afford to have an account manager to do it, and you have to have a baseline budget with Google, so you&#8217;re gonna be hard pressed to find an agency that can do a single location with a point of contact that is a separate. <p>Hello and welcome to LeadPPC.com my name is Grant James. I am the owner of the company. If you are interested in talking to us, I&#8217;ll probably be the person that you talk to. I don&#8217;t do any account management anymore as we have quite a few account managers, but anytime we have interested new uh customers clients then I like to vet them, kind of talk with them and understand what it is that they&#8217;re looking for. Um. So if you are a chiropractor and you&#8217;re looking specifically for a paper plug agency, congratulations! You have found a good one um in this article I kinda go through um not just ourselves, but other agencies that we feel like are kind of good in this space. I like to give love to other agencies. We realize we&#8217;re not gonna service everybody. Um. Sometimes it&#8217;s just not a good fit. Sometimes you know, there&#8217;s just something good specific about the nature of one client that would be better for somebody else. And so um, but here are some groups that we would recommend in the space if you&#8217;re not gonna work directly with us.</p>
<p>Uh, Cairo praise Cairo basics T. C M, which is like top chiropractor marketing, cardinal digital marketing. These guys work in like a lot of different medical spaces. We&#8217;ve been working with Kyra practice since 2016, so you know the first I would say 3 or 4 years. It took us a while to kind of really figure everything out, but we feel pretty confident about the types of campaigns that we have landing pages. Big thing is tracking, making sure that you know exactly how much revenue was generated from each phone call that your receptionists are picking up those calls and calling the back if they missed a call in this article I talk about the 3 winning strategies of top chiropractic PPC agencies on Google Ads and Google Local Service Ads big one is keyword selection.</p>
<p>I mean if you&#8217;re going after the wrong types of keywords or the wrong geographic areas, then you can run into problems and kind of get into that on the Geo targeting side of things. You also don&#8217;t want to underbid or overbid, so sometimes a keyword is as worth spending $20 on a click, whereas other times this we&#8217;re going spending $5 on a click and you&#8217;re not gonna know that unless you&#8217;ve been running ads for a while in that industry to know this key word usually converts that this rate drives this amount of revenue, so we kind of have to have a little bit of experience with that conversion rate. Optimization and tracking CRO is something that has to do with landing pages, so we create landing pages for all of our clients so you don&#8217;t have to worry about that whether your website converts well or doesn&#8217;t convert well, we make specialized landing pages that we drive the traffic too that we know converts, and then you definitely want to make sure that someone on your team is marking.</p>
<p>Did this turn into a client? Does this not turn into a client? How much revenue was it that way we can kind of back into, you know? This month he spent $1,000 and you brought in $3,000 worth of new customers. Also keep in mind. I mean for ourselves about 80 percent of our clients or referrals, but a lot of the initial clients came from Google ads or organically like this when you&#8217;re really an article, so don&#8217;t underestimate the power of getting those initial baseline customers that they can refer people to you. <p dir="ltr">Our personal preference here at Lead PPC probably still leans more toward Google Ads 1st since it is the most consistent over time in producing new patients.  Next we would put Google Local Service Ads since they can play above Google Ads and the Google My Business map listings.  And 3rd, we would put Meta Ads since it&#8217;s display advertising and it requires the changing of your ad copy every 6-8 weeks to keep things fresh and not burn out the 6-10 mile radius demographic that surrounds your chiropractic practice.</p>

Getting clicks I guess is nice, but really making sure that your whole focus is on driving new patients and doing where those patients came from, exactly what keywords they typed in and how much revenue they generated. Um poor keyword research. If you&#8217;re going after the wrong terms, it&#8217;s just not gonna work very well for you a lot of times. It&#8217;s extremely simple.</p>
<p>People are typing in chiropractor chiropractic, that type of stuff near me, city name things like that. Maybe it&#8217;s the type of accident type of injury that they have, but don&#8217;t get too crazy on the types of things that you&#8217;re going after, especially things like back pain, knee pain. Sometimes people just want to buy like a simple remedy, whereas if they&#8217;re typing chiropractor chiropractic type of things they literally want you. We run into the same thing like we&#8217;re an agency, so when people type in like you know, paper click agency or chiropractic pay per click agency agency is like a trigger, whereas they may just be looking for paper click advice if they are not typing in something like a service provider such as a character or an agency ignoring ad quality can cause problems. This one usually isn&#8217;t like too bad. But it is important that you don&#8217;t have any of the spellings within your ads that you do have a good value proposition and your ads speak louder than the other ads around you.</p>
<p>So if there aren&#8217;t very good advertisers in your space, it&#8217;s not that big of the deal, but if there are some other heavy header chiropractors, you really need to look at what they&#8217;re saying and compete with that. Don&#8217;t neglect mobile users anytime you can get like click to call just so they don&#8217;t have to go to the website. That&#8217;s better or where they&#8217;re going through Google my business listings and you&#8217;re tracking them back through Google ads. That can be really important, but long story short you wanna make sure that you have an idea of like, hey, I spent, you know, 1500 dollars this month and I drove $5,000 with the new patients, and I know that those $5,000 were the new patients are gonna drive an additional $10,000 through no referrals, so that type of stuff is important if you do need help.
